Overview
Orders placed on www.huskicoolers.com.au are delivered to Australia only. If you're from outside of Australia and would like to purchase a Huski product, please visit www.huski.co.nz.
From time to time, we run shipping promotions that include standard and express delivery costs to addresses in Australia, unless otherwise specified. Orders must be placed through our website huskicoolers.com.au to be eligible.
Australia delivery methods, rates, and targets
We use Australia Post and offer Standard Post and Express Post for all deliveries from our Sydney warehouse. Deliveries are sent using a tracked non-signature service. If your order is placed before 1pm from Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched on the same day. We deliver nationwide in Australia.
- FREE Express Delivery for orders over $120
- All orders under $120 have a delivery rate of $7.99 for Standard Delivery and $11.99 for Express Delivery
Delivery targets are a guide only and we can't guarantee that your parcel will reach its destination within the estimated delivery time. However, we'll do our best to get your Huski to you as soon as possible.

In some rare instances where delivery is more challenging, e.g. offshore islands, there may be additional delivery charges. If this is the case with your order, we will get in touch directly to discuss, once we have received your order.
If the goods cannot be delivered because you cannot accept delivery, the incorrect address has been provided, or no one is available to accept the goods, it then becomes the buyer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery or personal collection of the goods from their courier depot.
If you are missing your shipment and it has been more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery time, please contact team@huskicoolers.com.au.

Pre-orders
From time to time, we offer pre-orders on products before they officially launch or when we're out of stock. Delivery estimates during pre-order are subject to change, but we do our best to get them to you as soon as possible.
If you purchase pre-order and in-stock items in the same order, your entire order will be placed on hold until all items are ready for shipping.
For faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend making two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.
